Where do I buy the tickets for the online performances?
How do I check in the online theatre?
After you have purchased a ticket you will receive an email with a code. Make sure to save it! The code will be your key to get access to the performance in the NITE hotel. Can’t find it? Check your SPAM. It’s send from NITE Ticketservice (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the subjectline is “Your Access Code(s)”. Still can’t find it? Mail us at email@example.com with your order number, and we’ll send it again.
Open Nites is available 24 hours a day for the whole month of March in the online theatre NITE Hotel. With your code you can go and watch it whenever you want. After your first login, your code is valid for one week, so you can stop halfway through and continue watching another day.
What technology do I need to see the online performance?
The NITE Hotel is made for a desktop or laptop computer. It does NOT work on mobiles and tablets. Preferably use the Chrome browser and a good, stable internet connection. Please do connect some kick-ass speakers too. It’s worth it.
We use a lot of 3D so your computer will work a lot and probably make some more noise than usual. This is fine, don’t worry, there is nothing wrong with a little workout.
How do I navigate the digital theatre?
Before you enter Open Nites, you’ll get instructions on how to navigate. To summarize: on the bottom of your screen are 3 navigation buttons. A circle with an arrow to the left, a circle with an arrow to the right and a zoom out icon. The middle control button (with an arrow to the right) is your best friend. Use it to navigate around the rooms, by jumping from spot to spot. That way you won’t miss out on the important elements. You can move around freely as well or click on the pulsating circles.
Where can I find my entry code?
You have received an e-mail with your entry code. Can’t find it? Check your SPAM, it might be hiding over there. It’s send from NITE Ticketservice (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the subjectline is “Your Access Code(s)”. Still can’t find it? Mail us at email@example.com with your order number, and we’ll send it again.
I bought tickets but I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?
Check your SPAM, it might be hiding over there. It’s send from NITE Ticketservice (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the subjectline is “Your Access Code(s)”. Still can’t find it? Mail us at email@example.com with the email that you used to buy tickets, and we’ll send it again.
My computer disconnected. How do I enter the performance again?
Don’t panic! Return to nitehotel.nl/opennites and enter your code again. You will be right back in our virtual theatre.
Do I need my webcam to join the online performance?
No webcam needed, you can be in your pyjama for the show. But if you want to connect with other users after the performance, you can go the bar afterwards and have a (video)chat.
Can I buy multiple tickets?
Yes, you can. Buy as many tickets as you would like.
If I don’t have a Dutch bank account, how can I complete the payment?
No worries! Our website also offers you other payment methods.
Can I buy tickets without entering my personal data?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Big brother is watching you! Just kidding, we need to process your personal data in order to provide you with the best possible service. Data treatment complies with our privacy statement.
